About Piedmont Rockdale Hospital
Piedmont Rockdale is a cornerstone of wellness as the only acute-care facility in Rockdale County. Piedmont Rockdale offers 24-hour emergency services, including interventional cardiology, critical care, obstetrics, and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We are a Primary Stroke Center with on-site neurohospitalists.
In addition to traditional medical and surgical services, we proudly provide subspecialized care from fellowship-trained providers. These clinicians offer expertise in advanced gastroenterology, orthopedics, robotic surgery, and medical and surgical oncology. Our surgical team also includes colorectal, breast, thoracic, and gynecologic oncology specialists.
As a not-for-profit organization, philanthropic support helps us maintain and enhance services and facilities, and support education, outreach, and research activities.
